Application
Key information:
The Ideal 8000 system has a 6-chamber frame structure with a construction depth of 85mm, equipped with triple sealing (2 external seals, 1 central seal) and capable of integrating glazing packages up to 52mm thick. The IDEAL 8000 series is designed to maximise energy savings and user comfort.
Characteristics and use:
The IDEAL 8000 system is the result of the implementation of advanced technological solutions aimed at providing exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation parameters.
The increased installation depth of up to 85 mm, the six-chamber profile structure and three gaskets significantly improve the thermal and acoustic insulation of the windows.
The system achieves a thermal transmittance of Uf=1.0 W/m²K, which puts it at the forefront of solutions dedicated to energy-efficient construction.
The possibility of using glazing packets with a width of up to 52 mm allows windows with very low thermal transmittance to be designed.
Thanks to the use of a third gasket and the creation of a so-called dry chamber in which the fittings are placed, the tightness of the window and the durability of the fitting mechanisms are increased.
The special extruded centre rebate, to which the inner gasket adheres, guarantees a better tightness of the structure, as well as making it more difficult to balance the sash, limiting the possibility of reaching the hardware.
Thanks to the use of a third gasket and the creation of a so-called dry chamber in which the fittings are placed, not only is the tightness of the window increased, but also the service life and durability of the fitting mechanisms. The IDEAL 8000 system makes it possible to effectively combine two paths to achieving high energy efficiency: by increasing the depth of the profiles and the number of chambers, and by being able to dispense with the use of steel reinforcements in favour of the „bonding inside” technology, i.e. bonding the glass into the profile.
With a thermal transmittance of Uf=1.0 W/m²K and the possibility to use glazing packets with a Ug=0.5 W/m²K coefficient, a Uw thermal insulation coefficient of 0.76 W/m²K can be achieved for the reference window, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional energy-saving performance.
In addition, the „bonding inside” technology improves the thermal and static parameters of the structure, making it possible to partially dispense with steel reinforcements. The centring fin and special glue used to bond the glazing provide adequate support for the glazing packages, which stabilises the structure and reduces its susceptibility to deformation due to operational loads and atmospheric conditions.
